Shipping and Returns

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our products. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and provide you with the shipping details at the earliest.

Shipping Information:

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.00 across India.

Shipment/delivery time starts from the day of payment confirmation for the order placed with PICKALEAF. The mentioned shipment/delivery time is approximate and provided by the vendor for each product. PICKALEAF is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods due to reasons beyond its control, such as flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The user must provide authentic and accurate information to avoid any delays or loss of merchandise. PICKALEAF reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the user. If the provided details are found to be untrue, PICKALEAF may reject the registration and restrict the user from using its services without prior intimation.

Delivery:

Delivery of orders will be made to the specified address and is address-specific, not person-specific.

For international orders, all duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. PICKALEAF is not responsible for paying any duties or taxes associated with international shipping.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (e.g., UPS) upon order delivery, based on the invoice received from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes results in the shipment being returned, PICKALEAF cannot entertain a request for a refund.

Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the remaining balance of the order.

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

International Shipping:

Free shipping may be offered for bulk international orders. Contact us for more details.
International orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or denying acceptance of the parcel, PICKALEAF will not be liable for any refund or additional charges for reattempting delivery. The order will be considered abandoned by the courier company.

We shall provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" for your order on request. However, we are also not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" to you but are lost or not received by you.  Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you.
