Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused and in original condition
* All original tags must be attached
* Original packaging must be intact
* Proof of purchase required

  • We offer exchanges for size or colour issues within 10 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return courier charges. We will ship the exchanged item at no extra charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at sales@pickaleaf.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Keep all original packaging materials.
